To request a refund, email support@theravel.app and include your account email and any relevant order details so we can identify your transaction. In some cases, we may direct you to Paddle support to complete merchant-of-record verification for the same transaction.

3. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Renewals and plan changes

The 7-day refund window applies to your initial subscription purchase. Renewals and plan changes are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or other bad-faith behavior, subject to applicable legal requirements. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
