These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ravel services, including the marketing website at theravel.app and the product experience at app.theravel.app. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Ravel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record for transactions. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for applicable taxes required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services, including by violating laws, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity, reverse engineering, or using the services to distribute malicious content.

5. Intellectual property

Ravel and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, including software, branding, and content. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant Ravel a limited license to operate and improve the services.

6. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the services.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security concerns. You may stop using the services at any time. Subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
